In-person attendance by the public will be permitted at the hearing. The public is also permitted to attend virtually. A virtual Zoom meeting link may be requested via email to shouchins@lowermerion.org until 12:00, noon the day of the meeting. Public comments via email to shouchins@lowermerion.org, by US Mail (first-class postage prepaid) addressed to the Lower Merion Township Zoning Hearing Board 75 E. Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003, or by phone to Scott Houchins at 610-645-6159 will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, January 24, 2022. Section 908(5) of the Municipalities Planning Code and Section 11.2 I(3) of the Lower Merion Zoning Code gives parties to hearings before the Board the right to cross-examine adverse witnesses. Since written comments are not sworn and are not subject to cross-examination, the Board will accept such written comments only as expressions of support or opposition to the pending appeal/application.
